Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PARI mobile application (the "App") and the website pari.hellassport.live (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Operator

The App and Site are operated by:

2. Description of the Service

PARI is a football management simulation game built around the Russian Premier League. The App allows you to:

• Choose a real RPL club and manage its squad, budget, and home city.
• Sign and sell players on the transfer market using in-game FC Credits.
• Build your first team, monitor player OVR, morale, and contracts.
• Simulate season rounds and track results based on squad strength and formation.
• Select tactical formations (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2 and more) with unique strategic profiles.
• View your manager profile — wins, draws, losses, win rate, budget spent, and team rating.

No account registration is required. Game progress is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. FC Credits and No Real-Money Gambling

PARI is not a gambling or betting product.

• FC Credits: FC Credits are an in-game currency only and have no real monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed.
• No purchases required: No payment processing of any kind takes place within the App.
• Virtual gameplay only: Match results, league standings, and manager statistics have no real-world cash value.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events.

4. Eligibility

PARI does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate match results, budgets, or statistics.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Redistribute game content or the App without permission.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your club selection, squad, FC Credits, match results, season round, and formation preferences are stored only on your device. You may delete all data via Settings → Apps → PARI → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, logos, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by HOLTER BUDBIL KAFEEL or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited. References to real RPL clubs and players are for simulation purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved data will always be recoverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOLTER BUDBIL KAFEEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree that the courts of Norway shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
